Tunarama Festival      
.January will see the start of the annual  Tunarama Festival in Port Lincoln. The festival will run for3 nights and  fun filled, excitement packed days and as always will feature free entertainment and entry to the picturesque foreshore of Port Lincoln which overlooks the crystal blue waters of Boston Bay. There will be a huge variety of food and merchandise available, with many of the now famous local seafoods featuring.
Tunarama is characterised by the multitude of novelty events ranging from sandcastle competitions for the kids through to the slippery pole competition, tug-of-war and of course the world championship tuna toss competition.

The continuing success of the  Rodeo is building into a bigger and better event each year, so this will be one not to be missed on  January    back

 December - The fireworks display will again feature . Set on the Port Lincoln town jetty with the surrounding waters of Boston Bay as a backdrop, this event is breathtaking and definitely not to be missed.
Arts and Culture will  be showcased and are beginning to be an integral ingredient at Tunarama Festivals.
No matter what tickles your fancy organisers are sure that there will be something for everybody. The 2006 Tunarama Festival will offer a weekend to remember,  take in the street procession, wander through the maze of stalls, sideshows and exhibitions, or simply listen to the wide variety of music.
